Responsibilities of the Winning Establishment
- The winning establishment shall not use the prize’s reports or certificate in a manner which undermines the prize, explicitly or implicitly, or publish or issue a statement on or publicize the prize in a misleading or unclear manner.
- The winning establishment shall provide Saudi establishments with the required non-confidential information on its experience and outstanding performance which led to its winning of the prize in various ways such us providing and explaining a working paper at a forum organized by the Prize Committee to present the best practices in this area.
General Provisions
- A non-winning establishment may reapply to compete in a subsequent session. As for prize winning establishments, they may only reapply after the session following that in which it was awarded the prize.
- A winning establishment may refer to winning the prize only in its documents, reports and publications, while complying with mention of the year in which the prize was awarded.
- All information obtained on an establishment by prize committees during evaluation and supervision shall be deemed as mutually confidential.
- Prize committees shall communicate or deliver any desired information to the establishment in relation to the prize by registered mail, fax or e-mail, or any other appropriate means to the latest address known to the committees. Said communication shall be deemed as official notification.
- A prize may be denied based on a recommendation from the prize’s general committee or the arbitration committee or a decision rendered by the prize’s high committee, if adequate justification for denial exists.
- Nominations and the attachments thereof shall not be returned to their senders.
- Evidence and documents shall be restricted to the last five years.
